Ceza was introduced to Pilates at a young age and rediscovered it after damaging her back while practicing Capoeira (a Brazilian form of martial arts). Pilates helped Ceza’s recuperation and seeing the benefits for herself it was a natural progression for Ceza to progress into teaching Pilates and now has her own classes at a studio in West London.
